Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Online Courses
- Once a course has been accessed or started, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase, only if the course has not been accessed.
2. Seminar / Event Tickets
- Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
3. Physical Books
- Books may be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
